Friends of Derry Hill school is the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) for Derry Hill Primary School in Derry Hill, Wiltshire.

Our PTA brings together parents, carers, teachers and staff with a shared goal: helping our children enjoy the very best school experience possible. By working in partnership with the school, we raise funds, organise events and create opportunities that enrich learning, strengthen our community and make lasting memories for our children.

You don’t need to be a fully-fledged committee member to show your support: Coming to our events, donating raffle prizes, or offering the occasional hour to volunteer all help bring our projects to life.

Head over to our website to find out more about what we do, where the funding goes, and loads more!

Annual AGM

We have our next AGM on Friday 9^th October 2026 at 9:15am. This is a really important event as we need a minimum number of 35 attendees to allow the meeting to go ahead.

The meeting usually only takes about 20 minutes, and must take place annually to review the charity's yearly activities, elect the leadership committee, and present financial accounts to our members including the school and parents of the teachers we support.

Please come along to the school hall straight after the morning drop-off.

We are currently looking for a new Treasurer. No experience or accounting background needed.

Please see the poster below for more info.
