We celebrated World Book Day at Derry Hill.  Its was wonderful to see so many children in costume. 
The children enjoyed a range of fun activities throughout the day, including an opportunity to listen to
different stories read by the teacher. 
KS2 took part in an exciting live lesson and we were visited by residents of Kingston House who came to listen to stories in Rabbit Class.
Well done to all of the children who entered the competition to design a paper plate book
character.  These are proudly on display in the library corridor.
